Training

If you don’t already have the Scottish Certificate For Personal Licence Holders (SCPLH) then don’t worry: as an authorised provider, we can give you the training you need to get the qualification provided there are significant numbers wanting to do the course. All our courses are taught by solicitors and have a 98% pass rate.

Scottish law also dictates that personal licence holders must undertake refresher training within five years of getting their licence, or they will have their licence revoked.

We offer the accredited qualification – the Scottish Certificate For Personal Licence Holders (Refresher) – which will allow you to carry on trading as long as you notify the licensing board within three months of successfully completing the course.
