Hackney - Late night Levy Update

We have previously kept you updated as to the proposed Late Night Levy in Hackney. 

We understand that at the Full Council Meeting on 20th July it was resolved to proceed with a formal consultation as to whether to adopt a Late Night Levy and if so under what terms.

The Consultation will run from September to December.

The timetable, as reported in our earlier article, appears to have slipped a little bit but the suggested start date will still be next year.

When the Consultation is formally commenced we will update you on its terms.
