SIA Applicant Support

Since the Pandemic there has been a shortage of SIA operatives and the industry is seeking to support those looking to qualify by launching a series of videos to help people with the application process.

There are 3 videos on how to apply,covering registration for an online account, submitting the application online and then the stages of the application.

2 videos cover linking accounts and requesting a replacement SIA licence card.

The remaining videos deal with the renewal of licences- door supervision, security guarding and close protection.

All the new videos are hosted on the SIA’s official YouTube channel and will also be accessible via www.gov.uk/sia and the SIA’s online licensing system.
