Legislative Reform (Entertainment Licensing) Order 2014 - working draft of Government Guidance issued

The Legislative Reform (Entertainment Licensing) Order 2014 is still on course to be implemented in spring next year as mentioned in our previous article here. 

As would be expected, chapter 15 of the Government Guidance dealing with regulated entertainment will be amended to take the proposed changes into account.

For those interested, a working draft of the revised chapter 15 has been issued by the Government and can be found by following this link. Clearly this is subject to change but it should at the least provide an indication of the revised chapter to be issued next year.
