House of Lords Committee Select Committee on Licensing Act 2003 - Comment

With Government about to enter a period of purdah in anticipation of the general election in June, their response to the Committee report will not now be given until sometime after the election.  With Summer recess to commence on 20th July, this may further delay a formal response until the Autumn.  In the meantime, there have been many opinions shared about their recommendations and findings.
