Distributing tips fairly: draft statutory code of practice

As we have previously reported, the Employment (Allocation of Tips) Act 2023 was given Royal assent on 2^nd May 2023.

Before the new law can come into effect, the Government must draft and consult upon a new Code of Practice.

On Friday (15^th December) the Government published their draft statutory code for public consultation.

This consultation will close at 4:30 pm on 22^nd February 2024.
