Covid 19 - What you need to know - FCA's case against Insurers commences

As we have previously reported, the FCA have commenced Court action to clarify issues surrounding business interruption claims.

The trial of the issues will get underway today (Monday 20th July) and is expected to last for 8 days, across two sessions ending on 30th July, before Lord Justice Flaux and Mr Justice Butcher

A number of documents have been published in the case and can be found here including an agreed list of issues and common ground which summarises what is and is not in dispute between the parties.
