Covid 19 - Scottish COVID ‘passport’ regulations

Further to our previous news items on the Scottish COVID passport requirements for certain types of premises, the Scottish Government has now published draft Regulations  in this regard which if passed are due to come into force at 05.00hrs on Friday 1st October.

In related news we understand that the legal challenge to the proposal by Night Time Industries Association ( NTIA) was before the court in Scotland this morning and was unsuccessful, Lord Burns refused the petition in the Court of Session, ruling that the complainants were not able to demonstrate that the scheme to be disproportionate, irrational unreasonable or contrary to human rights.
