Scotland - Renfrewshire Board agree to earlier Sunday hours

Following in the footsteps of Glasgow, Edinburgh and the Highland Licensing Boards, Renfrewshire Licensing Board has amended their statement of licensing policy to allow pubs and clubs to sell alcohol earlier on Sundays.

The current policy hours for Sunday are as follows:

• from 12:00 for premises selling alcohol and serving food; and
• from 12:30 for premises selling alcohol with no food.

The new policy commencement hour for sale of alcohol on Sundays will be 11:00.
