Psychoactive Substances Bill - briefing paper

We have previously reported on the intention to introduce of the Psychoactive Substances Bill and following that a Parliamentary briefing on the matter and the Home Affairs Committee’s enquiry (which has now closed).

A further briefing paper was prepared for the Second Reading of the Psychoactive Substances Bill, which took place yesterday.
