Off-Sales Regulations Updated

The Government has published the Regulations confirming the off-sales exemption found in section 172F of the Licensing Act 2003 will continue until 31 March 2025.

The Alcohol Licensing (Coronavirus) (Regulatory Easements) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 come into force on 26 September 2023 and are the final step following the Government’s U-turn on off-sales that we reported in August.
