Last week we reported on the proposals of the Welsh Government to ban the use of e-cigarettes in enclosed and substantially enclosed public and work spaces.

Following this, it has been reported that the Department of Health has confirmed that a similar ban will not be sought in England.

However, the report by Public Health England (an operationally autonomous executive agency of the Department of Health) on the latest evidence of the effects of smoking e-cigarettes is anticipated soon.

We will keep you updated.
