Newham Council seek feedback on Statement of Licensing Policy

Newham Council in East London has commenced a consultation on its Statement of Licensing Policy.

Every Licensing Authority in England & Wales must have a Statement of Licensing Policy and must review and consult on it every five years.

Newham’s draft policy will last from 2025 to 2030, and they are seeking feedback on the proposed policy.

Responses can be emailed to licensing@newham.gov.uk and the closing date for responses is 6 February 2025.

It is important that licence holders and prospective licence holders in Newham feed into the consultation. Without your input, the Council have no meaningful way of understanding what licence holders would like to see from the policy.
