New Temporary Event Notice form issued

As previously reported, the Deregulation Act 2015 increased the maximum number of Temporary Events Notices permitted each year at a premises from 12 to 15.

An amended Temporary Event Notice form incorporating the change has now been issued under the Licensing Act 2003 (Permitted Temporary Activities) (Notices) (Amendment) Regulations 2016

The new form must be used from 2 February 2016 onwards.
