National Counter Terrorism Awareness week - 24th November 2014 to 30th November 2014

Next week (24 - 30 November 2014) is National Counter terrorism week. This involves a number of different agencies and is aimed at deterring and detecting potential terrorist threats.
We will all be aware of the terrorist threat having been raised to "severe" in recent months and the reports in the media of potential terrorist incidents.

The CSSC (Cross sector Safety and Security Communications partnership) states:

"CSSC encourages businesses to review their resilience and emergency preparedness planning, and take advantage of the information, guidance and tools available from NaCTSO and CSSC. In addition, we ask that businesses urge staff to be vigilant and proactive if they suspect suspicious behaviour.
