Minimum unit pricing for Wales?

It has been reported that Wales could potentially press on with plans for minimum unit of pricing despite such plans not being taken forward by the (English) Government at this time.

The Welsh Health Minister has apparently stated that such a measure could still be considered by the Welsh Government along with introducing plain packaging for cigarettes.
