The Licensing Act 2003 (Permitted Temporary Activities) (Notices) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 were laid before Parliament on 10th September 2014 and will come into force 1 October 2014.

In brief, they will amend the presribed form of Temporary Event Notices (TENs) so that the premises user must provide information about any intended use of the premises for the provision of 'relevant entertainment' within the meaning of Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 Schedule 3 paragraph 2A (i.e. any live performances or live display of nudity seeking to sexually stimulate the audience, for example lap dancing and pole dancing amongst others).

The new Regulations can be found here.
