Licensing Act 2003 (Descriptions of Entertainment) (Amendment) Order 2013 - going live 27th June 2013?

The Licensing Act 2003 (Descriptions of Entertainment) (Amendment) Order 2013 has now been approved by Parliament and will likely be signed so that it comes into force on 27^th June 2013.

The relevant amendments to the Guidance to the Licensing Act 2003 will also likely be laid before Parliament the same day to take effect immediately.
