House of Lords - Select Committee on the Licensing Act 2003 - update

Further to our previous news on this Committee ('HofL Licensing Committee - call for evidence issued'), please note that:

• The deadline for submission of written evidence has now expired – we have already filed a submission of evidence on the impact of the Licensing Act 2003
• The sessions for the hearing of oral evidence are now ongoing
• A ‘legal experts’’ session has been set for 1 November and we are privileged to have already been invited to attend and give evidence – which invitation we have accepted.
