HoL Licensing Committee - update

The recently constituted House of Lords Select Committee on the Licensing Act 2003 is next to take evidence on 19 July from the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) and from authors of previous reviews on the Licensing Act from the Institute of Alcohol Studies and Institute of Economic Affairs.

We have previously reported that the Committee has just published its call for evidence and invites all interested parties to submit written evidence by 2 September 2016.   See our article: 'HofL Licensing Committee - call for evidence issued'.
