Food Standards Agency - introducing the 'Freezer Fairy' this Christmas!

The FSA has just launched its ‘Freezer Fairy’, aimed at trying to cut down on festive food waste!

“We are particularly wasteful over Christmas as we tend to cook for more. To help you manage food waste this festive season, our Freezer Fairy is sharing advice on how to use your freezer to make food go further safely. Visit www.food.gov.uk/freezerfairy for tips, advice and some great ideas for leftovers recipes”
