DPS change application from 23 March 2018

The Licensing Act 2003 (Premises licences and club premises certificates) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 were laid before Parliament yesterday and will come into force on 23 March 2018.

It amends the Licensing Act 2003 (Premises licences and club premises certificates) Regulations 2005 so as to substitute a new application form for those wanting to specify a new Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS).

The changes are minimal and principally relate to the guidance notes and statements relating to immigration offences.
