Practice Manager

I joined John Gaunt & Partners in 2005 as a paralegal to assist our clients during licensing reform. Progressing to be a licensing team leader along with IT Manager, I was made Practice Manager in 2010 where he looks after the firm’s accounts, procurement, compliance, marketing, business planning and HR functions.

Additionally, I oversee the IT for the firm making sure all the computers run smoothly, enabling the whole company runs efficiently.

In 2020 I became a part owner of the firm.
