Charlotte Gibson is an Associate Partner and licensing solicitor specialising in alcohol licensing, gaming law and regulatory compliance. She advises businesses across the hospitality, leisure and retail sectors on all aspects of licensing law, from premises licence applications and variations through to licensing reviews, hearings and regulatory enforcement matters. 

Having trained and qualified with John Gaunt & Partners, Charlotte spent ten years with international law firm DLA Piper before returning to JG&P in 2026. During that time, she advised national and international businesses on complex licensing and regulatory matters, building extensive experience in alcohol licensing, gaming regulation and compliance issues.
